What You'll Be Doing

You'll dive deep into raw, messy, beautiful data and:

• Build end-to-end dashboards in Looker and Tableau that visualize trends before they go mainstream.
• Extract meaning from SQL queries, Python models, and A/B testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize how we structure and collect data.
• Spot anomalies before they become issues—and highlight opportunities before others even ask.
• Partner with product managers to explore hypotheses and validate experiments.
• Present your findings clearly to execs, designers, and marketers alike.

This remote data analyst position revolves around agile data workflows and a modern analytics stack. You’ll get to play with tools like:

• SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery)

• Jira and Confluence for backlog management

What Sets You Apart

You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom or in a Loom video walkthrough. You care about accuracy, but you’re not a perfectionist at the cost of progress.

• You’ve worked in a data analytics or business intelligence role for at least 3 years.
• You’re fluent in SQL and comfortable using Python or R for data modeling.
• You're familiar with best practices in data visualization.
• You love asking why—and then digging until the answers are clear.
• You’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
• You’ve worked remotely and understand how to stay aligned and visible.

Compensation & Benefits
