🎯 Responsibilities and Duties
🔸 DEI Program Design & Execution
- Build comprehensive remote DEI programs using Notion, Trello, and Airtable to promote a strong sense of inclusion
- Integrate equity-focused checkpoints into project management workflows to track representation, engagement, and feedback
- Develop action plans aligned with OKRs and ESG metrics to elevate inclusive performance and team cohesion
🔹 Data Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to interpret DEI performance indicators and generate real-time dashboards
- Present visually engaging reports with segmentation by geography, role, and department to leadership teams
- Use data storytelling to uncover trends, inform leadership, and measure program effectiveness

- Create dynamic training modules using Miro, Loom, and Zoom that are designed for interactive and inclusive virtual learning
