🧑‍🏫 Virtual Facilitation & Learner Engagement

  • 🧑‍🏫 Deliver high-energy live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • 💬 Incorporate breakout sessions, polling, real-time feedback, and gamification to enhance learner engagement
  • 📊 Foster active participation and adjust delivery methods based on audience dynamics and performance indicators

🧪 Learning Needs Assessment & Strategic Design

  • 🔍 Conduct thorough training needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders and HR
  • 📈 Translate organizational objectives into actionable learning strategies
  • 🛠 Customize learning paths for new hires, mid-level professionals, and leadership development initiatives

📉 Performance Evaluation & ROI Tracking

  • 📉 Track training effectiveness using data analytics, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

🧩 Candidate Qualifications

🎓 Educational Requirements

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field
  • 🏅 Industry certifications such as CPTD, ATD Master Trainer, or SHRM Learning and Development credentials are advantageous

💼 Professional Experience

  • ⏳ Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design within a corporate environment
  • 💡 Demonstrated success in managing virtual training programs for global workforces
  • 🧑‍💻 Comfortable working independently and asynchronously across time zones

🛠️ Technical Skills & Platform Proficiency
