- Track KPIs including Average Handle Time (AHT), shrinkage, occupancy, and service level targets.
Forecasting and Scheduling
- Utilize AI-powered forecasting tools to predict staffing needs based on historical data and future demand trends.
- Develop dynamic remote work schedules using advanced workforce management software such as NICE IEX or Verint.
Operational Reporting
- Create intuitive dashboards and custom reports to support department heads with data-driven decisions.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly workforce analysis that identifies patterns, outliers, and actionable opportunities.
Performance Optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover performance blockers and suggest automation or process tweaks.

Policy & Compliance Analysis
