What You'll Do Each Day
Coordinated Medical Oversight
- Evaluate injured workers' cases and implement tailored strategies
- Consult with providers and allied professionals to optimize care
- Schedule and manage appointments, referrals, and in-home services
Empower Through Communication
- Guide workers and their families with clarity and kindness
- Explain treatment options and set expectations with patience
- Keep all documentation current using user-friendly software tools
Support Return-to-Work Outcomes
- Assist in shaping gradual return-to-work opportunities
- Communicate closely with HR and managers to ensure a realistic recovery timeline
- Monitor ongoing progress and recalibrate plans as needed
Ethics and Advocacy
- Adhere strictly to compliance and confidentiality rules
- Ensure each step meets state-specific Workers' Compensation guidelines
- Offer fair, transparent updates to all stakeholders involved

What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in rehab, ortho, or occupational health
- At least one year of experience in nurse case management or Workers' Compensation
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Consistent attention to documentation detail
- Technologically savvy and adaptable in remote settings
- Quiet home office setup with a strong, secure internet connection
Great-to-Have Extras
- Case Management Certification (CCM or CRRN)
- Multilingual skills are a welcome asset
- Familiarity with trauma-aware care models
- Experience handling claims across various jurisdictions
