How You’ll Drive Impact

• Turn vision into reality: You’ll translate design concepts from Figma into pixel-perfect, performant components using React, Next.js, or Vue—always keeping accessibility and responsiveness at the forefront.
• Shape onboarding workflows that reduce friction for our clients: From sign-up to daily use, your work will ensure that new users feel confident and supported from the very first click.
• Champion usability: Your insights from user testing and analytics will guide iterative improvements, helping the team prioritize changes that matter most to real customers.
• Deliver speed and polish: Optimize load times and interactions to ensure the experience feels instant and fluid, even under less-than-ideal network conditions.

Collaborate Across the Remote Stack

Core Responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship accessible, maintainable components that adapt to any device and user need
• Partner with design, engineering, and support to build unified solutions that drive retention and engagement
• Refine interfaces based on direct feedback from user interviews, surveys, and usage analytics.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues, or UI inconsistencies—and tackle them head-on.
• Keep documentation clear, current, and easy to follow so teammates can pick up your work seamlessly.
• Stay on top of emerging front-end trends and tools, sharing insights that could give us a competitive edge.

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, CSS-in-JS, and design systems
• Experience translating design specs into production-ready, accessible UI
• An instinct for simplifying complexity—whether you’re optimizing a workflow or clarifying a message over Zoom or Slack
• The curiosity to explore new patterns (think: micro frontends, web components, real-time data) and the pragmatism to know when to ship tried-and-true solutions
• A sense of ownership that drives you to find and fix the details others might miss

Compensation & Benefits
