Key Responsibilities

• Shape and build web applications that drive our clients’ business goals—your code will be what customers interact with daily.
• Please take part in roadmap discussions, sharing your insights and asking the tough questions that move us forward.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant interfaces—sometimes under pressure, always with care.
• You’ll partner with design, engineering, and support to deliver cohesive solutions, ensuring the entire experience is polished from the first click to the last.
• Guide projects from planning through launch, leading sprint reviews, and sharing learnings so we all level up together.
• Integrate and optimize third-party APIs, building bridges that expand the capabilities of our tools for end-users.
• Spot roadblocks early, communicating with clarity—whether it’s over Zoom or Slack—to keep projects on track and drama-free.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices. Your coaching helps lift the whole team.
