About the Position

In this remote leadership role, you'll take the helm of our vendor oversight strategy. What You'll Do

• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with local and international service providers.
• Design onboarding protocols and develop performance criteria tailored to business needs
• Perform consistent evaluations and issue regular improvement reports to the vendor.s
• Partner with finance and legal teams during contract review and procurement planning
• Monitor risks and act quickly to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
• Align SLAs with business goals and ensure contractual standards are upheld
• Leverage metrics to uncover trends and optimize vendor contributions
• Enhance existing workflows to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs
• Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, IT, and logistics

• Experience using SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jira, or similar software tools
• Degree in supply chain, business, or a related field; advanced certification is a plus
