What You’ll Drive

With Figma at your fingertips and a direct line to both users and stakeholders, your design decisions will be guided by both qualitative insights and real-time analytics. With each round of feedback, you’ll refine solutions until users experience effortless satisfaction at every click and interaction. Your knack for translating research findings into visual clarity ensures our solutions never lose sight of user needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions—your user interviews and research synthesis will uncover core pain points that influence every design sprint that follows.
• Create responsive and accessible UI components and style guides that maintain a unified experience across platforms.
• Partner with engineers and support to deliver seamless product updates that over 25,000 users count on daily.
• Rapidly prototype in Figma, validate with real users, and champion usability testing as a non-negotiable part of our agile workflow.
• Present your work with clarity—whether in Zoom calls or async Loom walkthroughs—making complex design rationale easy to grasp for all teams.
• Collaborate in remote product reviews, using Notion and Slack to stay aligned on evolving priorities and project milestones.

Salary & Growth

This role is accompanied by an annual salary of $118,430 and a clear growth path.
