Key Responsibilities

Discover Actionable Insights

• Design and execute mixed-methods research studies that fuel UX design and product development.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals that align with strategic objectives.

Drive Strategic Decision-Making

Qualifications & Skills

We’re searching for a curious, driven, and empathetic researcher who thrives on uncovering deep user insights. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical precision and storytelling finesse.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role
• Expertise in designing and applying a mix of user research approaches, including behavioral and attitudinal methods
• Solid grasp of human-centered design principles
• Strong experience running remote usability testing and A/B tests
• Ability to synthesize data into user-centered recommendations

Preferred

• Experience in a remote work environment
• Background in psychology, HCI, anthropology, or a related field
• Knowledge of universal usability standards and a commitment to designing for all users, including those with diverse abilities
• Familiarity with digital product lifecycles and agile methodologies
