What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll dig deep into user behavior, leveraging empathy-driven research to understand pain points and hidden needs. The insights you gather from usability tests and user interviews will directly shape our roadmap and inform every interface decision.
• Collaborate side-by-side with engineers, product owners, and customer support teams to launch features that 20,000+ users rely on daily. You’ll help everyone align behind a shared vision, making sure every release moves the needle for our users.
• Sketch, wireframe, and prototype with purpose. Your Figma files become the blueprint for creating intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Utilize data analytics and real-world feedback to validate your design instincts, iterating rapidly yet thoughtfully.
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle—research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and refinement—while advocating for accessibility and inclusion at every step.
• Champion brand consistency and beautiful, functional UI across platforms, whether you’re optimizing for mobile, web, or something entirely new.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design, accessibility best practices, and inclusive design.
• You make decisions based on both qualitative insights and quantitative data, striking a balance between intuition and evidence.
• Experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders, using storytelling to align everyone behind your vision.
