What You'll Drive

Shape Visual Storytelling with Purpose

You'll architect seamless, accessible designs that translate user intent into fast, fluid interactions. This isn't about button placements—it's about designing trust and usability from the first pixel.

• Build and iterate beautiful UI components using HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Translate complex feature requirements into clear, intuitive layouts
• Design user flows that reduce cognitive load and enhance task completion
• Create interaction patterns that support clarity across devices and screen sizes

Partner Across Teams to Launch Meaningful Features

Your impact goes far beyond the design file. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and customer teams to ensure every experience meets user goals—and scales with product vision.

• Collaborate with engineers to bring visual concepts to life without compromising performance.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to translate insights into actionable design enhancements.
• Champion accessibility best practices and WCAG standards in every release
• Proactively QA your designs in staging environments to polish experiences pre-launch

Own Craft with a Growth Mindset

You won’t just execute designs—you’ll evolve them. You’ll spot patterns, identify design debt, and suggest scalable solutions that support rapid iteration.

• Establish and contribute to a reusable design system with pixel-perfect precision.
• Help define UI design guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms
• Contribute feedback to design reviews and mentor junior contributors when needed
• Stay on top of emerging trends in interaction design, animation, and front-end tech

Your Day-to-Day Toolkit

Platforms & Languages

• HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, SCSS)
• JavaScript (vanilla and light framework usage)
• Responsive frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar)

Collaboration & Handoff

• Figma (with auto layout, prototyping, and component libraries)
• Storybook for component visualization
• Git for version control and asynchronous collaboration

Remote Work Environment

Your Experience Snapshot

• 3+ years of professional front-end UI development experience
• Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a remote setup
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive, user-centered designs

Salary & Compensation

This is a fully remote position with an annual salary of $102,600, along with flexible working hours, paid time off, and a supportive growth-centric culture that respects your craft and your time.
