What You’ll Drive
- Foster real-time conversations that feel human. You’ll be the guiding presence across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Set and evolve moderation standards. Your input will help define what our community tolerates—and what we celebrate.
- Respond to community trends. You won’t just spot issues; you’ll flag emerging needs and opportunities for connection.
- Partner with the brand and support teams. Expect to coordinate on messaging that touches marketing campaigns, customer queries, and policy enforcement.
- Track sentiment shifts. You’ll surface qualitative insights that help steer content strategy and audience engagement.
- Ensure safety and trust by moderating user-generated content, enforcing guidelines, and handling reports of abuse or spam with discretion and humanity.
The Tools You’ll Use
You’ll work inside remote collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion, where we align daily across time zones. You’ll moderate with platforms such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, and Meta Business Suite.
AI-based filters will catch the obvious issues—but it's your human judgment that sets us apart. You’ll often have the final say when nuance matters.
Your Day-to-Day Rhythm
We move quickly, but never at the cost of care. Each day might involve:
- Morning syncs via Zoom with our community lead.
- Reviewing flagged content across our top-performing social channels.
- Identifying themes from overnight user engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on live campaigns.
- Crafting moderation summaries that help leadership stay in tune with the digital pulse.
And because it’s remote, you’ll own your time and environment. Whether you're more focused at 6 AM or 10 PM, we trust you to deliver with integrity.
