Key Responsibilities

- Monitor platform analytics to evaluate performance and identify trends, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize reach and conversion
- Foster authentic community engagement by responding to comments, managing DMs, and initiating conversations
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure visual and written consistency across posts
- Maintain a social media calendar that balances promotions, announcements, community building, and brand storytelling
- Stay current on social trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates to keep the brand voice relevant and effective
- Manage paid advertising campaigns with clear ROI objectives, optimizing performance based on data

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience managing branded social media accounts, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
