You’ll take the lead on high-impact initiatives that span across the entire user journey. Your Daily Flow

• Shape UI frameworks that streamline workflows for engineers and designers alike.
• Translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible, production-ready components.
• Guide the evolution of our design system to scale with the growth of our products.
• Partner with backend engineers to build robust APIs that enhance the clarity and readability of front-end logic.
• Bring animation, transitions, and interaction models to life for polished user experiences.
• Help prioritize front-end technical debt and ensure consistent performance across devices.
• Participate in design critiques and user testing to validate UI decisions in real-world contexts.

Tools and Technologies

Our remote frontend stack comprises React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storybook, and testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright. We manage our sprints in Jira, conduct peer design reviews in Figma, and collaborate across teams with Notion, Slack, and Zoom. You’ll help us continuously evolve this toolkit to match the scale and complexity of our goals.

What Success Looks Like in 3 Months

By your third month, you'll have led a redesign of a core feature, implemented components adopted across multiple product teams, and collaborated with backend and product leads on at least two major launches. More than shipping code, you’ll have influenced product thinking with your user-first lens and front-end craftsmanship.

Collaboration Style

You’ll partner with product managers to evaluate user feedback and feature goals, designers to refine responsive layouts, and QA engineers to ensure pixel-perfect outputs. Your communication skills shine when you’re sharing design trade-offs or walking stakeholders through your reasoning.

Compensation
