Responsibilities That Drive Outcomes
Scientific Program Ownership
- Own end-to-end management for multiple scientific projects, including defining vision, goals, kickoff, and close-out reviews.
- Translate complex research objectives into actionable project plans, considering scientific uncertainty and regulatory milestones.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and emerging risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Guide cross-border teams through data-driven sprints and frequent retrospectives, ensuring each milestone is delivered with precision and purpose.
- Foster an environment of open feedback where every contributor’s insight is valued and actionable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with biostatistics, R&D, clinical operations, and products to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Documentation and Compliance Oversight
- Maintain transparent reporting on progress, blockers, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Guarantee documentation is audit-ready and compliant with GxP, GLP, GCP, and other regulatory standards.
- Organize inspection readiness training and contribute to continuous improvement of SOPs and best practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality and compliance, translating regulatory changes into actionable plans for the project team.

Ideal Background and Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years leading scientific, biotech, or clinical research projects with a proven record of delivering results remotely.
