Human-Focused Interface Design

You'll take product concepts and translate them into living, interactive user interfaces. From micro-interactions to accessibility-first flows, your work will directly influence how users engage with our tools.

Delivering Measurable Impact

• Guide UI decisions based on product goals, not just wireframes.
• Build scalable components that adapt to rapid feedback.
• Partner with engineering and design to launch features that 30,000+ users rely on daily.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Your understanding of user behavior, bounce rates, and funnel performance will drive better interface decisions. You'll be instrumental in A/B testing and refining UIs based on data.

Weekly Activities and Milestones

• Participate in daily stand-ups to stay synced with your unified team.

• Pair the program with a fellow engineer to optimize performance.
• Create a documentation page in Storybook for a newly built component.
• Host a Loom walkthrough to explain your code decisions.

Roadmap for Your First 90 Days

You’ll complete onboarding, ship your first minor bug fix, and review our component libraries. You’ll get familiar with our tooling and remote collaboration style.
