Description

Remote Provider Network Specialist

Shape Smarter Care Connections from Anywhere

Can your relationship-building skills strengthen networks that support healthier outcomes? As a Remote Provider Network Specialist, you'll take the lead in shaping, strengthening, and evolving our nationwide provider partnerships. This isn't about spreadsheets and outreach scripts—it's about ensuring patients can access the proper care at the right time by maintaining a strong, responsive, and inclusive network.

We're not here to maintain the status quo. We're here to elevate access to care across every zip code, and that requires agility, insight, and relentless follow-through. If you're ready to join a remote team where data meets empathy and every outreach email has a long-term impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Drive

Strategic Network Expansion

You'll identify gaps in provider coverage and proactively expand our network across specialties and regions. From rural specialists to urban hospital systems, you’ll build relationships that increase access and reduce care disparities.

Insight-Driven Optimization

Your analysis won’t sit in a drawer. You'll dig into performance trends, contract terms, and utilization metrics to recommend more innovative contracting strategies. Your insights will directly shape the provider network roadmap.

Provider Engagement & Communication

Strong networks require trust. You’ll be the connective thread—scheduling meetings, responding to credentialing questions, guiding providers through onboarding, and fostering long-term collaboration.

Contracting Support

You won’t just route paperwork—you’ll help create alignment. Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure every agreement supports quality care, regulatory standards, and organizational priorities.

Data Integrity & Reporting

A robust network runs on reliable data. You'll help maintain provider directories, track credentialing timelines, flag gaps, and generate reports that clarify performance trends.

How You'll Collaborate

Cross-Team Alignment

You won’t work in a silo. You'll coordinate with operations, clinical, credentialing, and IT teams to ensure seamless and scalable provider onboarding, communication workflows, and data flows.

Communication that Builds Trust

Whether you're updating a provider via email or briefing leadership on market saturation, you'll tailor messages with empathy, clarity, and context. You simplify complex ideas—whether it's over Zoom or Slack.

Agile Workflow

We move quickly, but you’ll always have space to focus intensely. Our sprints are structured to encourage thoughtful execution, not reactionary overload.

The Tools That Power Your Work

  • CRM & Provider Databases: Salesforce, Availity, or custom platforms to manage outreach and tracking.
  • Contracting Systems: Support workflows through DocuSign and contract management tools.
  • Collaboration Stack: Zoom, Slack, and Notion to stay connected and aligned remotely.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Excel, Tableau, and credentialing dashboards to inform decisions and track progress.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Relationship Builder

You create alignment in complex conversations and navigate competing priorities with diplomacy. You’ve built provider trust from cold calls to contract renewals.

Detail-Oriented and Strategic

You're equally comfortable proofreading agreement language and analyzing regional network density to inform expansion decisions. Accuracy and big-picture thinking go hand in hand.

Comfortable With Complexity

Whether juggling different state regulations or explaining reimbursement tiers, you stay composed and solution-focused.

Motivated by Purpose

You understand that a stronger provider network means more lives impacted. You view spreadsheets and dashboards as tools to create more effective care pathways.
