What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities
Product Evaluation & Testing
- Test digital and physical products across various platforms and devices.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and UI/UX issues in both web and mobile interfaces.
- Run controlled tests across multiple scenarios to gauge product performance under real-world conditions.
Feedback & Reporting
- Deliver structured feedback using bug tracking systems and internal testing tools.
- Submit detailed, data-backed usability reviews highlighting areas for improvement.
- Contribute to usability metrics and help improve product-market fit.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work directly with developers, UX designers, and product managers to communicate findings.
- Participate in regular video calls, feedback sessions, and asynchronous updates.
- Help prioritize issues based on end-user impact and severity.
Quality Assurance
- Execute pre-defined test cases and create additional test cases when gaps are identified.
- Maintain detailed records of testing activities using productivity and project-tracking tools.
- Ensure consistent performance benchmarks are met across software builds.
