Remote Product Manager (Georgia-Based Role)

Description

Remote Product Manager (Georgia-Based Role)

Step Into Product Leadership—From Anywhere in Georgia

Does your mind spark at the intersection of user needs and business vision? Have you ever looked at a messy roadmap and thought, “I know exactly where to take this next”? Here’s your chance to take real ownership, driving feature lifecycle and team alignment in a fully remote, high-trust environment. You’ll influence products used by thousands—and have the autonomy to experiment, collaborate, and iterate.

Why This Role Matters

This isn’t just another checkbox job. You’ll shape every stage of our product direction, from roadmap prioritization to celebrating feature releases. You’re someone who can turn bold concepts into real, practical progress. The way you take an abstract vision and break it into milestones keeps our team building with purpose—and lets us move quickly while staying intentional. The work you do directly impacts our users, and you’ll feel that feedback every day. If you thrive on clarity, can break down complexity, and love the energy of remote collaboration tools, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Make Happen

  • Turn user insights into features our audience needs—your research discoveries become the starting point for every sprint.
  • Lead roadmap prioritization sessions that aren’t just meetings—they’re launchpads for real product growth.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and support so every release feels seamless to the 20,000+ users who depend on us.
  • Navigate the full feature lifecycle, from early ideation through late-night go-live moments (and all the beta testing in between).
  • Surface blockers early, communicate what matters, and always know when to prioritize MVP over polish.
  • Keep everyone aligned—not just on what’s shipping, but why it matters for the user journey.
  • Drive agile workflow ceremonies with just enough process to keep us moving, but never so much that we lose momentum.

Tools & Tech You’ll Use

You’ll move easily between Notion docs, Figma files, and Zoom calls—remote collaboration is second nature here. Backlogs reside in Jira, and cross-team alignment is facilitated in Slack and Asana. It’s about using the right tool for the moment, not adding friction. Expect to learn, adapt, and improve our stack as you grow.

Who You Are—Skills That Stand Out

  • You simplify complex ideas—whether that’s in a strategy doc or a 10-minute catch-up call.
  • You don’t just “manage projects”—you set the pace, anticipate bottlenecks, and make clarity your trademark.
  • Remote work isn’t a challenge for you—it’s where you shine. Asynchronous updates, self-driven deadlines, and clear written communication are your strengths.
  • Your approach to roadmap prioritization strikes a balance between business goals and user delight—you can weigh trade-offs and defend your choices with data.
  • You’ve seen at least one feature through its full lifecycle, from napkin sketch to live product.
  • When things get hectic, you keep everyone calm, focused, and heading in the same direction.
  • Experience with agile workflow is a plus, but adaptability and curiosity matter more than checking every box.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re thriving here when:

  • Team members reach out for your perspective—not just because it’s your job, but because you add clarity.
  • Our release notes now reflect the user needs you surfaced in discovery, not just internal wish lists.
  • You’ve led at least one major launch that got feedback from real users (and you helped iterate on it quickly).
  • People mention how aligned things feel, even though we’re all remote and on different schedules.

Compensation

This remote product manager role offers an annual salary of $149,035, reflecting the impact, ownership, and autonomy you’ll have here.
