Remote Product Manager (Europe)
Description
Remote Product Manager (Europe-Based)
Inspire Product Innovation From Anywhere
Can you guide ideas from the first sketch to broad adoption without needing a single in-person meeting? We’re building fast, thinking globally, and staying deeply human in how we design and deliver our solutions. If you thrive on roadmap prioritization, thrive in asynchronous teams, and make every product touchpoint feel intentional, you're going to feel right at home.
What You’ll Help Us Build
You’ll take ownership of our feature lifecycle from end to end. This involves defining strategy, shaping requirements, conducting user research, and launching updates that have a tangible impact on the user experience. Our customers span industries, time zones, and technical skill levels. You'll make their lives easier by aligning roadmap objectives with the problems they care about most.
Your fingerprints will be on every phase of the build process—from concept to post-launch iteration. You’ll partner with design, engineering, and support to turn feedback loops into momentum. We trust you to push for clarity, ship quickly (but thoughtfully), and make bold bets with confidence.
Your Daily Impact
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with designers to simplify complex user flows and elevate usability.
- Transform user research themes into clearly prioritized product initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve a roadmap based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Align engineers, marketers, and executives with clear sprint goals and measurable outcomes.
- The guide features the agile workflow, from backlog grooming to sprint retrospectives.
- Identify gaps in adoption and refine onboarding to drive engagement.
Every decision you influence ripples across the experience of thousands. Whether it’s deciding what stays in the MVP or framing tradeoffs during roadmap reviews, your judgment is essential.
Tools You’ll Use
This is a fully remote position, and our collaboration stack reflects that. Expect to work in:
Collaboration Stack
- Jira for backlog and sprint management
- Figma to align on design iterations and prototypes
- Notion for documentation, planning, and async updates
- Slack and Zoom for communication and decision-making
You’ll also help us refine how we use these tools—because great tools are only as good as the habits behind them.
Traits That Help You Thrive Here
You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom or Slack. You’re motivated by clarity, not control. When priorities shift, you don’t panic; you recalibrate. And when teams disagree, you facilitate better conversations.
What Sets You Apart
- You’re energized by ownership. Nobody has to chase you for updates.
- You’re not a gatekeeper; you’re a guide.
- Feedback doesn’t sting—it fuels your process.
- You think in terms of systems, not just features.
- You love remote collaboration tools that empower focus, not chaos.
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in product management, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms
- Proven track record leading cross-team alignment from strategy to execution
- Familiarity with agile workflow rituals: grooming, planning, retros, etc.
- Experience using product analytics to inform decision-making
- Ability to write precise, concise, actionable requirements

If you’ve ever shipped a feature that solved a hairy problem and got love in the support inbox, you know precisely the type of impact we value.
Work Environment & Support
We move quickly, but you’ll always have space to focus intensely. Our team spans across Europe, and we work asynchronously by default. That means your timezone isn’t a blocker, your calendar isn’t chaos, and your deep work isn’t constantly interrupted.
What You Can Expect
- A product-minded leadership team that understands trade-offs
- Colleagues who bring heart, humor, and hunger for better
- A learning budget for courses, books, and tools that grow your craft
- A benefits package that respects your life beyond work
And yes, the compensation reflects our expectations: $113,560 annually, paid transparently and fairly.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t just about shipping features. It’s about delivering value in ways that make people feel seen, understood, and supported. When you succeed, our customers thrive.
We’re not asking you to fit into a rigid mold—we want your unique perspective to expand how we think, not just execute what we already know.
