Key Responsibilities and Daily Functions

- Process multi-state payrolls on a biweekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and validate employee hours, wages, deductions, and benefits using cloud-based payroll systems
- Handle garnishments, bonuses, and final checks in alignment with labor laws
Tax Compliance and Legal Adherence
Regulatory and Documentation Management
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll taxes
- Maintain full compliance with evolving employment regulations and audit criteria
- Work alongside financial and legal departments to uphold current tax documentation and labor codes
