Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders through our remote order system with precision and timeliness.
  • Coordinate closely with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure availability and correct dispatch.
  • Resolve order issues—whether it’s a payment mismatch or a shipping detail—with a solution-first mindset.
  • Use order management tools to update status, communicate changes, and close loops.
  • Monitor daily dashboards to identify and address order errors promptly, preventing them from escalating.
  • Review customer inputs for anomalies and flag potential fraud or conflicts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product catalogs and shipping workflows.

Compensation

This is a full-time remote position with an annual salary of $40,870. You’ll also receive paid time off, wellness days, and access to our learning stipend to help you grow in the direction you choose.
