What You’ll Do

• Personalize each lesson based on the student's goals, learning style, and progress—you’re not teaching to a script, but to a person.

• Deliver interactive sessions across time zones—from SAT math reviews to beginner Spanish conversation practice.
• Identify knowledge gaps, adjust the pace in real-time, and provide just the right amount of challenge to stretch each learner.
• Offer actionable feedback after every session, keeping students (and parents) aligned and encouraged.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in STEM or Languages
• Experience in virtual or in-person teaching/tutoring roles
• Ability to build rapport quickly and adjust to diverse learning needs
• Strong command of remote teaching tools (Zoom, shared docs, collaborative platforms)
• A completed undergraduate education or comparable academic background in a related discipline (advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus)
