Key Responsibilities

Delivering Engaging Lessons

• Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions in basic academic subjects such as math, science, social studies, or conversational English
• Customize lesson plans to match each student’s goals, learning pace, and preferred learning style
• Use storytelling, analogies, real-life examples, and digital tools to simplify complex topics

Building Student Confidence

• Create a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere where students feel safe to ask questions
• Offer constructive feedback and celebrate student progress consistently
• Focus on confidence-building, critical thinking, and language development

Maintaining Progress and Communication

• Track student performance and regularly update progress logs
• Communicate with students (and guardians when applicable) to set expectations, share insights, and identify new learning objectives
• Schedule sessions that align with the learner’s availability while maintaining a consistent timetable
