Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build and Innovate

• Design, implement, and maintain custom automation, forms, and web apps using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and manual processes across teams—then create streamlined, automated solutions.
• Work closely with team leads and contributors to understand challenges, then transform those insights into digital processes that move the organization forward.

Drive Adoption and Training

• Coach and support teammates as they adopt new tools—your onboarding guides, explainer videos, and checklists make the difference between confusion and confidence.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops or async training sessions to upskill teams and drive widespread adoption of your creations.

Iterate for Excellence

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with multiple no-code platforms (Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• A track record of launching successful automation or web apps that solved real problems for teams or clients
• Creative problem-solving mindset and eagerness to test unconventional solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively, even with non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail, project ownership, and a willingness to iterate based on feedback
