Model Risk Validation
- Conduct independent validations for a variety of risk, pricing, forecasting, and capital models.
- Evaluate conceptual soundness, theory, and application of statistical, econometric, and machine learning-based models.
- Test model performance through benchmarking, back-testing, and sensitivity analysis
- Develop creative approaches to assess model risks that are hard to quantify
Governance and Reporting
- Craft detailed validation reports that communicate technical evaluations to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to internal risk governance frameworks by documenting findings, providing actionable recommendations, and attending governance committee reviews.
