Key Responsibilities in Compliance Leadership

Policy Design and Enforcement

• Draft and update internal compliance guidelines aligned with international legal standards
• Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies

Regulatory Analysis and Monitoring

• Track evolving laws, including GDPR, FCPA, HIPAA, and other global regulations
• Advise stakeholders on legal impacts, enabling proactive business decisions.
• Provide insights into legislative shifts and anticipate potential compliance risks.

Investigations and Ethics Oversight

• Lead internal investigations related to ethics violations, data breaches, and code of conduct complaints.
• Collaborate with HR and security teams to deliver fair, efficient resolutions.
• Develop training to promote a culture of integrity and accountability

Tools and Technologies Used

You’ll work with industry-standard compliance tools and platforms such as:

• EthicsPoint and NAVEX Global for incident reporting
• Convercent for compliance training administration
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for secure document sharing
• Contract management systems like Ironclad or DocuSign CLM

Understanding of AI-supported regulatory intelligence tools and experience navigating legal data repositories will be a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognized institution, along with an active license to practice
• At least seven years of progressive experience handling corporate compliance matters
• Deep familiarity with international compliance frameworks, corporate governance, and ethics oversight
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Adept at translating legal risk into practical business guidance
• Experience supporting remote-first teams and working across multiple time zones
