What You'll Be Doing
Designing With Purpose
- Develop engaging, multimedia-rich online learning modules that cater to a broad and diverse audience.
- Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to build compelling e-learning experiences.
- Conduct learner needs assessments, design storyboards, and build prototypes that prioritize accessibility and retention.

Collaborating for Impact
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and DEI advocates to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing remote learning programs

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive curriculum design
- Proven ability to synthesize technical and conceptual information into clear, digestible modules
