What You'll Be Doing

Designing With Purpose

• Develop engaging, multimedia-rich online learning modules that cater to a broad and diverse audience.
• Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to build compelling e-learning experiences.
• Conduct learner needs assessments, design storyboards, and build prototypes that prioritize accessibility and retention.
• Create curriculum maps that promote inclusive learning and are tailored to various learning styles and cultural contexts.

Collaborating for Impact

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and DEI advocates to ensure content aligns with organizational goals.
• Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to gather insights, feedback, and learner-centric ideas.
• Collaborate actively with visual designers, copy specialists, and developers to execute well-rounded, polished digital training solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing remote learning programs
• Deep understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive curriculum design
• Proven ability to synthesize technical and conceptual information into clear, digestible modules
