Key Responsibilities

Create Engaging Learning Content

• Design full-cycle learning experiences, including virtual trainings, self-paced modules, and hybrid learning paths

Collaborate Across Disciplines

• Partner with knowledge-area specialists to transform complex concepts into straightforward, digestible content.
• Conduct learner analyses to ensure alignment between content and audience needs

Utilize Digital Learning Technologies

• Employ tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to produce professional eLearning content.
• Ensure compatibility with industry standards, including SCORM and xAPI
• Leverage agile frameworks to iterate rapidly based on stakeholder input

Prioritize Quality and Inclusivity

• Design learning materials that comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG

Qualifications and Experience
