- π Plan and coordinate updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure system continuity and security
- π Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor workflows, user roles, and automation settings
- π Research and deploy innovative HR technologies that support scalability and eliminate bottlenecks
- π² Drive automation projects to reduce manual data entry and optimize time-to-hire metrics
πΉ Data Analysis & Reporting
- π Build interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI that deliver workforce metrics to business leaders
- π§° Write and maintain SQL queries for robust, ad hoc, and scheduled reporting needs
- π Track and analyze workforce trends, retention data, performance cycles, and talent acquisition metrics
