Remote HR Manager (Europe Remote)

Description

Remote HR Manager (Europe Remote)

Lead People Strategy from Anywhere in Europe

You’ve guided teams through transitions, scaled culture as organizations evolved, and led talent programs that didn’t just check boxes—they drove growth. Now, this remote HR Manager role is for someone who thrives in a distributed environment and knows how to leverage human resources as a strategic asset. If you see HR as a blend of psychology, systems thinking, and storytelling, you might be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities and Strategic Impact

Performance and People Development

You'll shape performance frameworks that support every stage of the employee journey, from recruitment through retention. Your efforts will impact real people across departments—whether you’re resolving interpersonal tensions via Zoom, reworking compensation benchmarks to match our growth, or enabling managers to lead with clarity and empathy.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Build and refine onboarding workflows that help new hires feel confident, connected, and ready to contribute from their first day.
  • Create engaging remote onboarding experiences that strengthen early connections.

Performance Management and Feedback

  • Lead distributed performance review cycles that feel fair, timely, and impactful—not like bureaucratic rituals.
  • Guide continuous feedback culture and champion actionable review processes.

Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance

  • Partner with finance to optimize salary bands and benefits across multiple European regions, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
  • Maintain legal compliance across multiple countries while advocating for flexible policies that support modern workstyles.

Leadership and Culture Development

  • Advise team leads on navigating team dynamics, career growth conversations, and feedback delivery.
  • Champion honest dialogue, psychological safety, and a sense of collective achievement throughout the organization.

Technology and HRIS Ecosystem

  • Own the HRIS ecosystem—tuning automation, analytics, and documentation to serve the people, not the other way around.
  • Ensure seamless integration of remote collaboration tools.

Talent Acquisition and Hiring Strategy

  • Coordinate hiring strategies with recruiting to strike a balance between speed and rigor, while reinforcing the culture with every hire.
  • Develop scalable, inclusive sourcing and assessment strategies.
