What You'll Do

You’ll assist with the daily operations of fund accounting, keeping an eye on both the big picture and the finer details. With each task, you'll ensure precision and uphold trust in our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliation of fund accounts to verify transaction integrity.
• Prepare financial reports, fund distribution records, and investment updates.
• Partner with fund managers to ensure compliance and accurate data reporting
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly closings across multiple fund portfolios.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to accounting workflows
• Provide audit support with well-organized documentation and insights
• Analyze discrepancies in fund data and propose resolution strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure fund records reflect business goals

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area

• Solid grasp of NAV reporting, fee structures, and regulatory processes
• Familiarity with financial statements and terminology, such as capital contributions and fund allocations
• Ability to manage changing priorities with agility and focus
• Comfortable working across teams in a remote-first setup
• Proactive thinker who looks for smarter ways to approach routine tasks
