How You’ll Work

You’ll plug into a fully remote, globally distributed product team. Our toolkit includes Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Documentation lives in Notion, feedback happens in Slack, and sprint planning is streamlined in Jira. You’ll shape your days for focus: deep work blocks for debugging, punctuated by brief, purposeful check-ins to sync on priorities and share wins.

Tools & Technologies You’ll Master

• Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• CSS-in-JS and advanced layout strategies (Grid, Flexbox, custom properties)
• Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and RUM analytics for actionable insights
• CDNs, SSR/SSG, and static asset optimization pipelines
• Real-user monitoring tools to validate performance in the wild
• Automated testing (Jest, Cypress) and code quality gates
