Key Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized return-to-work (RTW) plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communicate with treating physicians, vocational experts, and insurance partners via secure communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health documentation within cloud-based claim systems.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations based on medical necessity, prognosis, and potential accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with ADA, HIPAA, and FMLA regulations throughout the claim lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active RN license (any U.S. state)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in disability case management or occupational health nursing
