- Refine automation workflows to enable engineers to ship code confidently and recover quickly in the event of issues.
- Monitor system health, catch issues before they escalate, and lead incident response that restores calm—your vigilance prevents costly downtime.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and customer support to translate feedback into lasting improvements across the stack.
- Guide infrastructure-as-code best practices (Terraform, Ansible, or similar), so teams can scale with confidence as user demand surges.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting with tools like Prometheus and Grafana—your dashboards will be the first line of insight when something’s off.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, ensuring complex concepts become clear whether you’re on Zoom, Slack, or leaving detailed documentation.
