Key Responsibilities and Impact
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
- Be the person customers remember—answering calls, chats, and emails with confidence, empathy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues ranging from account logins to billing concerns, walking customers through each step with patience.
Trend Identification and Team Collaboration
- Spot trends in customer feedback and flag issues to help us improve products and services.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to escalate technical bugs, share insights, and contribute to long-term solutions.
Queue Management and Follow-Through
- Help reduce response times and improve satisfaction scores by keeping our support queues organized and current.
- Take ownership of each interaction and consistently follow through on your commitments.

What We’re Looking For
Experience and Communication Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a remote customer-facing role
- Familiarity with online support tools (like Zendesk or Intercom)
- Strong written communication—you simplify complexity and sound human, not robotic
Customer Focus and Composure
- Confidence handling high-volume interactions without burning out
- A genuine interest in helping others and improving the customer experience
Preferred Background
Bonus points if you've worked in SaaS, retail, or subscription-based services. Even better if you’ve done it remotely.
Work Environment and Remote Flexibility

This position is fully remote, but you must reside in Minnesota for compliance and onboarding purposes.
