Key Responsibilities

Personalized Member Guidance

• Deliver individualized financial counseling sessions by phone or video to credit union members.
• Help clients navigate topics like debt management, credit score improvement, budgeting, savings, and long-term financial planning.
• Utilize digital tools and behavioral insights to help members develop confidence in their financial decisions.

Program Development and Support

• Please contribute to the evolution of our remote financial wellness programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Evaluate data from financial counseling sessions to identify trends, suggest improvements, and tailor resources to member needs.

Resource Optimization

• Develop and share financial literacy content, such as tip sheets, webinars, and online tutorials.
• Leverage CRM platforms and digital financial coaching tools to track progress and set milestones with clients.
• Help build scalable systems to support a growing national client base remotely.

Qualifications and Experience

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial counseling, credit union services, or related remote finance advisory roles

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Financial Counseling (such as AFC or FFC) strongly preferred
