Key Responsibilities

Crafting Engaging UI Experiences

• Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into clear, usable, and visually striking UI mockups.
• Define and maintain visual systems, pattern libraries, and UI kits.

Driving Collaboration

• Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to execute thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
• Actively participate in design reviews and contribute to user research and testing cycles.
• Present visual concepts with clarity, context, and confidence.

Building Design Consistency

• Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while evolving design language.

You’ll also work with front-end developers using tools like React, ensuring design fidelity from concept to code.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of UI design experience, preferably in a digital product or fintech environment
• Proven portfolio demonstrating visually polished and functional user interfaces
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, typography, and color theory
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and product stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects in a remote setting
