Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee questions, feedback, and concerns with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining consistency with internal practices and employment laws.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage remote onboarding logistics and help new hires feel welcomed and equipped.
  • Coordinate offboarding to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.
  • Maintain digital records for audit-readiness and process transparency.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Interpret and apply HR policies and labor regulations accurately.
  • Support remote audits and ensure adherence to federal and local employment regulations.
  • Update internal documentation as employment laws evolve.

Performance Management & Development

  • Coordinate performance review cycles in collaboration with leadership.
  • Guide employees and managers through feedback, evaluation, and development plans.
  • Track progress and suggest improvements based on analytics.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefit queries.
  • Assist with payroll data input and leave tracking.
