What You'll Do
Build and Maintain Scalable Infrastructure
- Design and manage automated systems for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and streamline provisioning across environments.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of services through continuous improvement.
Champion Automation and CI/CD Best Practices
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless and secure delivery.
- Reduce manual effort by creating scripts and automation tools for repetitive tasks.
- Continuously monitor, debug, and improve build and release processes.
Ensure Security and Compliance
- Integrate security at every stage of development through DevSecOps principles.
- Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain audit trails and system compliance for regulated environments.
Enable Developer Success
- Partner with development teams to improve the developer experience.
- Implement feedback loops that allow teams to monitor service health in real-time.
- Provide guidance on container orchestration, environment consistency, and deployment tooling.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Set up system observability through advanced metrics, logging, and alerting.
- Leverage observability platforms to detect anomalies before they affect users proactively.
- Engage in shared on-call responsibilities and support rapid resolution of system outages to ensure fast recovery.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role, systems engineering
- Solid experience working in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Linux administration and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting distributed, high-volume systems in a production environment
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO 27001
- Exposure to serverless architectures and event-driven systems
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across remote teams
