What You’ll Drive and Influence

You won't just be moderating threads or hosting AMAs; you'll also be responsible for managing the community. You'll be the architect of a cohesive and energizing community experience that elevates our brand and enriches the lives of our members. Every conversation you start, every feedback loop you close, every initiative you roll out—will echo across thousands of members who engage with us from across Europe and beyond.

Your mission? To create an environment where users feel they belong. Where feedback becomes insight. Where updates aren't announcements but celebrations.

Responsibilities with Purpose

• Curate and execute engaging programming—weekly check-ins, expert sessions, social hangs, and topical deep dives—that encourage recurring participation.
• Spark real conversation. Whether in Slack, Circle, or Discord, you’ll keep the pulse alive with thoughtful prompts, relevant resources, and proactive outreach.
• You’ll partner with design, engineering, and support to build unified solutions informed by the community’s voice.
• Translate conversations into actionable insights—your summaries will drive roadmap decisions and product iterations.
• Maintain safe, respectful environments through timely moderation and clear community guidelines.
• Surprise and delight: From virtual swag drops to member spotlights, you'll think of creative ways to say, "We see you. We appreciate you."

You’ll know you’re succeeding when our members say things like, "This space feels like home" or "I always leave here feeling smarter." You’ll see month-over-month engagement rates climb not because of gamification tricks but because real value is being shared. And behind the scenes, you’ll be the glue connecting product, marketing, and support—ensuring the community's insights influence every part of what we build.

• Slack & Discord: Real-time engagement and member onboarding

Your Superpowers

• You simplify complex ideas—whether it's over Zoom or Slack.
• You read between the lines. Whether a thread goes silent or a discussion spikes in tension, you sense it early and act with compassion.
• You’ve built or managed digital communities with 1,000+ members before, ideally across multiple European time zones.
• You speak the language of empathy as well as strategy. You can nurture, but you can also scale.
• You don’t wait for permission. If a member drops gold in a comment thread, you already turned it into a blog draft and sent it to the content team.

Compensation and Perks

You'll receive an annual salary of $63,000, plus generous time off, wellness stipends, and thoughtful benefits built to help you thrive inside and outside of work.
