You’ll catch patterns before they become problems, notice when customers repeatedly ask the same thing, and flag that for the team members who can make changes. What You’ll Actually Do

  • Turn confusing tech issues into clear, step-by-step answers—without ever sounding like a robot.
  • Walk new users through setup so they start off confident and stay that way.
  • Notice when something isn’t working for many people, and speak up so we can fix it for everyone.
  • Jump between different tools—maybe Zendesk for tickets, Slack for quick chats, or Notion to update our help guides.
  • Pitch in with ideas on how to make the experience smoother for both customers and teammates.
  • Always handle personal information with care, just as you’d want your own handled.

How We Work—No Cubicles, No Clock Watching

You won’t have anyone peering over your shoulder. Work from wherever you do your best thinking—kitchen table, home office, or somewhere else. You’ll have the freedom to focus and the tools to stay connected. We utilize Zoom, Slack, Notion, and a few other remote collaboration tools; however, don’t worry if you haven’t used them all before. If you hit a wall, someone’s always around to help (even if it’s just to swap a funny GIF).

You’ll get to start your day with a look at real data—what’s working, what’s not—then roll up your sleeves and dig into conversations that matter. Some days, you’ll help update our guides. Other days, you’ll offer advice on new ways to onboard customers. Boredom isn’t on the agenda.
