Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Card Support
- Assist customers with card activations, fraud alerts, lost/stolen card reports, and transaction disputes.
- Investigate card issues with thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure timely resolutions.
- Guide members through balance inquiries, transaction history, and card usage tips.
Maintain Accuracy and Compliance
- Process card replacement and fraud claims with complete adherence to federal and institutional guidelines.
- Stay current with all card-related regulations and update procedures as necessary.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activity with precision and professionalism.
Foster a Member-Centered Experience
- Provide clear, friendly, and personalized communication to every caller.
- Demonstrate patience and understanding, especially when members are frustrated or confused.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction using the internal CRM system.

Qualifications
Core Requirements
- A secondary education credential is required, and post-secondary coursework is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in card services, customer support, or call center roles.
- Confidence using computer-based tools and systems, including spreadsheets and CRM platforms.

Preferred Assets
