Key Responsibilities

As a core member of the Apple Developer Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring developers succeed in building and launching high-performance applications. Your day-to-day work will focus on problem-solving, mentoring, and driving excellence across a range of Apple development tools.

Technical Guidance & Support

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive technical support for Apple platforms, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS
  • Guide developers through resolving issues related to Xcode, SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, and other native APIs
  • Assist with debugging App Store submission challenges, sandbox environments, and provisioning profiles

Developer Empowerment

  • Help developers interpret Apple documentation and sample code effectively
  • Share best practices and offer architectural suggestions to elevate app quality
  • Work with junior developers to grow their proficiency and confidence

Systematic Issue Resolution

  • Analyze crash logs, error reports, and build failures to identify root causes
