- ⚙️ Build and maintain automated scripts using SQL, Python, and Excel macros to reduce manual workload
- 🔍 Analyze real-time performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and forecast intraday workloads
🟣 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 🤝 Partner with HR, IT, Customer Service, and Sales to gather staffing requirements and align workforce strategies
- 🛋 Facilitate weekly operations meetings to communicate forecasting trends and staffing recommendations
