• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹70,000 /month
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sunday and Saturday off)

🎯 Responsibilities

🗣️ Communication and Support

• Engage with customers to address inquiries related to our services and offerings.
• Handle and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Use clear, respectful communication throughout every customer engagement.
• Check back with customers after initial interactions to confirm needs were met and concerns addressed.
• Represent the company across multiple time zones with professionalism.

📈 Sales and Documentation

• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Prepare reports for every call made, documenting key outcomes and insights.
• Use persuasive techniques to influence customer decisions positively.
• Assist in appointment setting, lead nurturing, and upselling initiatives.

💻 Technical Skills

• Use of computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Learn product details and explain them to potential clients.
• Update customer profiles and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage remote desktop tools and communication platforms effectively.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international calling.
• Previous experience in call center operations, technical support, or telesales is preferred.
