Remote Salesforce Administrator (Dallas)
Description
Remote Salesforce Administrator (Dallas)
💡 Ever solved a workflow before breakfast, only to realize you made a sales rep’s whole day? That’s the sort of admin energy that changes everything.
Imagine logging in, coffee in hand, and seeing your latest automation quietly turning a pain point into a win for someone across town—or three time zones away. Around here, every fix matters. You’re the person who turns Salesforce into an invisible superpower: it’s just there, making things smoother, and users can finally stop dreading new processes.
No long chains of approvals. No hiding behind red tape. Do you see a better way? You make it happen, and everyone notices.
🌍 What Makes This Remote Salesforce Role Different
- Dallas roots, remote reality: Maybe you’re tuning in from Deep Ellum or dialing in from your kitchen. We’re scattered but connected—using Slack, Zoom, and occasionally meeting in person for brainstorming sessions if you prefer.
- Your impact, everywhere: Automations you design show up in every sales call and customer conversation. The onboarding steps you streamline today will help new hires close deals tomorrow.
- Less friction, more freedom: We want you to challenge every bottleneck—so you can give teams back time, sanity, and maybe a few weekends.
🚦 What You’ll Do
Let’s skip the endless lists—this job is all about real impact, not just task completion.
- 🔄 Create automations that let real people skip repetitive tasks and focus on work that matters.
- 🧩 Make Salesforce the tool teams actually want to use—over 200 folks will silently thank you.
- 🤝 Jump into Slack huddles or Zooms with product and support, sorting issues and brainstorming new features.
- 📊 Build dashboards that make sense (and never collect digital dust).
- 🛠️ Lead upgrades and integrations—keep things modern and reliable, not just "up to date."
- 💬 Sometimes you’re support, sometimes you’re the one who says, “I have an idea.” Users remember your help because it actually works.
- 📝 Keep your best solutions in Notion or docs, so nobody has to ask twice.
🧰 The Tools & Stack
- Salesforce Lightning & Classic: You’re deep into the guts—automation, admin, and everything in between.
- Collaboration: Slack, Notion, Zoom, Asana. If it keeps the team close, we use it.
- Data wrangling: Dataloader.io, Salesforce Data Loader—plus, you love a clean CSV.
- Integrations: Perhaps you’ve connected HubSpot, Zendesk, or another system; you’re comfortable connecting the dots.
🧐 What Sets You Apart
Not looking for a unicorn—just someone who cares and knows their stuff:
- 🏆 Two years+ keeping Salesforce running (bonus if you’ve done it from home or a coffee shop).
- 🏗️ You like building from scratch, not just fixing broken pieces. Validation rules and custom objects don’t scare you.
- 🔎 You unravel complicated steps and put them back together in a way that finally makes sense.
- ✍️ You explain things so others actually get it (your Zoom chats and docs are legendary).
- 🎓 You’ve got the Admin cert—and you want more.
- 🧠 You listen before you tinker. Every fix starts with a “Why?”
🌱 How Work Feels Here
- 🕰️ We move quickly, but you’ll have room to go deep—nobody’s watching a clock over your shoulder.
- 🔗 You’re in on projects, not just tickets. Design, support, engineering—everyone’s in the same Slack threads.
- 🚪 Your input changes things. Feedback from your user interviews shapes product priorities.
- 🛡️ We try, fail, and learn together. Honest mistakes aren’t just okay—they’re expected.
- 🤩 This is a place for every kind of thinker. The only requirement? Bring your best ideas.
