Work Environment

This fully remote role is deeply collaborative but never chaotic. You'll be part of a calm, async-friendly team that prioritizes flow and focus over Zoom overload. We use Notion for documentation, Slack for async updates, and Figma for everything from early sketches to final handoffs. Our workflow strikes a balance between a structured approach and the space to explore, revise, and craft meaningful experiences.

You'll be hands-on with:

• Figma: Rapid prototyping, systemization, and collaborative design.
• React + TypeScript: Component-driven UI development and stateful logic.
