What You’ll Own

• Architecting scalable, secure IoT infrastructures using AWS IoT Core, Device Management, and Greengrass for thousands of connected endpoints.
• Designing data ingestion and analytics pipelines—leveraging AWS Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3—to extract meaningful patterns in real-time.
• Developing device provisioning, authentication, and OTA update flows that prioritize simplicity and airtight security.
• Integrating devices with remote monitoring dashboards and mobile apps, ensuring users have immediate, actionable insights.
• Collaborating with product managers and design leads to refining device interactions based on user feedback—your work directly shapes the customer experience.
• Championing best practices in code quality, cloud security, and IoT protocol management (MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets), setting standards others aspire to.

How You’ll Work

You’ll move quickly but always have time to focus intensely. Our remote-first setup allows you to design your ideal workspace and daily rhythm—whether that’s a home office, a co-working space, or wherever your mind works best. You’ll simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom or Slack—and bridge the gap between hardware and cloud. Our collaboration stack includes Jira, GitHub, Figma, and Notion; you’ll use these tools to share updates, run experiments, and guide development cycles.

Tools & Technologies

You’ll put your AWS expertise into action across:

• AWS IoT Core, Greengrass, Device Defender
• Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS
• MQTT, HTTP, RESTful APIs
• Python, Node.js, or Java
• CI/CD with CloudFormation and Terraform
• Grafana or CloudWatch for real-time monitoring. Your hands-on approach will keep our systems robust, and your ability to experiment with new IoT platforms will help us stand out in a crowded field.
